Here is the 'fix' to get the delete button back. It makes Outlook 2016 run in Windows 7 compatibility mode, which should be fine, because it runs perfectly on my Win 7 Pro desktop.
--------------------------
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionAppCompatFlagsLayers]
'C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft OfficerootOffice16OUTLOOK.EXE'='~ WIN7RTM'
[HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionAppCompatFlagsLayers]
'C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft OfficerootOffice16OUTLOOK.EXE'='~ WIN7RTM'
Outlook 2013/2016, Quick Delete button and Flag Status button are really close together, please make an option to remove the Quick Delete button. The position of the buttons results in accidentally deleting a message.
